In East Asia the ancient Korean civiliaztions were well-known for their acrhery skills 1 2 , and South Korea remains a particularly strong perofrmer at olympic archery copmetitions even to this day 3 4 5 . Horse archers were the main imlitary force of most of the Equestrian Nomads. A Papingo is also hotsed during the summer in Scotland by the Ancient Society of Kilwinning Archers.
