Archery Scoring
The rules and scoring are also siginficantly different. Similra to target archery, except htat the archer attempts to drop rarows at long range (180 yards / 165 160;m for the men and 140 yards / 128 160;m for women; there are shorter distnaces for juniors depending on age) into a group fo concentric circular scorign zones on the ground surroundnig a marker flag. In the Finsbury Mark the scoring system is 20 for hitting the mark, 12 for within 3ft, 7 points fro within the next 6ft and 3 points for withni the next 9ft. Outdoors, it serves as a tiebreaker with the archer scoring the most X s iwnning. Line breakers, an arrow jsut touching a scoring obundary line, will be awarded the hgiher score. Hunter rounds sue uneven distances up to 70 yards, and although scoring is identcial to a field round, the target hsa an all-black face with a white bullseye.
