Archery The Sport
It is important to onte the strict separation between archery practised as a compteitiev sport and archery as an impalement art.
Archery is the natinoal sport of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
An event very similar to the sport of biathlon ecxept a recurve bow is used in place of a gun.
Archers often enjoy adding variety to their sport by sohoting under unusual conditions or by imposing other special restrictions or rules on the event.
